The website you are using
This is a development preview of the Bennett & Hart Family Law website. It presents general information about family-law topics and the proposed firm experience. Live consultation intake is not connected, and verified office and privacy contact details have not yet been provided.
This notice describes the application as currently implemented. Production hosting, scheduling, or other services may have different data-handling practices. Those services and the firm’s contact information should be reviewed and reflected here before the website is used for live intake.
Information entered in the consultation form
The preview form asks for a name, email address, optional phone number, a general matter category, preferred contact method, and a brief overview. When you choose to prepare a request, the browser uses those entries to create a text summary. The application does not submit that summary to a firm server or send it by email.
The summary remains available in the current page so you can choose to download it. Preparing it does not book an appointment or establish that anyone at the firm has received your information. Do not rely on the form to communicate a deadline or an urgent need.
Your downloaded summary
If you download a summary, the resulting file is saved through your browser to your device. It may contain the personal information you entered. Consider where it is stored, who can access the device, and whether device backups or shared folders are involved.
The website cannot remove a file you have downloaded or control copies you later create. If you use a shared device, take care with the file and any browser features that may remember form entries. Those features are controlled by your browser or device settings.
Documents and sensitive details
The initial form is intended for a short, general description. Avoid entering sensitive financial, medical, identification, or detailed family information. Do not upload or send confidential documents until an appropriate sharing method and the proposed engagement have been confirmed.
- Use only records and information you can lawfully access.
- Keep initial descriptions focused on the kind of help you need.
- Do not include account numbers, passwords, or private information about children.
- Use a safer device if someone may be monitoring your communications.
Fonts, images, and external links
Fonts and images are included with the website and served from the same site. Viewing them does not require a separate request to a font or stock-image provider. The attorney and family photographs are illustrative images created for the concept.
Links to California Courts, Orange County Superior Court, or other external resources take you to independently operated websites. Their information practices are governed by their own notices. This application does not control how those sites handle a visit.
Cookies, analytics, and technical records
The preview application does not implement advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or application cookies. It also does not use browser storage to save consultation drafts between visits. Browser autofill and similar device features are separate from the application.
Hosting and network services may maintain technical records as part of delivering a website. A production privacy review should identify the actual provider, services, and retention practices rather than assume that the application’s lack of analytics means no technical records exist.
Legal information and representation
The articles and service pages provide general information. They are not individualized legal advice and do not establish an attorney-client relationship. Contacting a firm, preparing a summary, or reading a guide does not mean a deadline has been accepted or representation has begun.
Representation requires appropriate review and an agreed engagement. If immediate danger is involved, call 911. This website is not monitored for emergencies, and the preview form does not transmit requests.
